Helping people break away from
pain and discomfort
Answering the Question, "What is wrong with me and how do I feel better?"
You’ve explored all the options, and yet life is still limited.
You’re so tired of searching for something that works once and for all.
You want to wake up and recognize yourself in the mirror, to feel like yourself again.
To wake up in the morning and look forward to a day without stiffness.
To have the energy to play with your kids, take a trip, or dive into your work.
To live in a body that feels strong and flexible, no longer a constant source of frustration.
What would it mean to your daily life is this were resolved?
Wouldn’t it be nice to just get up and go?
Be able to do the activities you want to do?
To not have to rely on painkillers to get you through the day?
To not worry about whether you are going to be able to get through the day?
Be able to fully participate in activities and not feel guilty that you are letting anyone down?
To not to have to pretend that you’re ‘ok’ and not worry about how your wellbeing is impacting loved ones?
“I just want to feel like myself again” and “I’m sick and tired of feeling sick and tired” are the two most frequently used phrases I hear when someone comes to work with me.
Those I work with have been feeling frustrated and exhausted for such a long time. Years, sometimes decades. They’ve bee enduring discomfort, pain, and other energy sapping symptoms for longer than they ever expected; it just goes on and on.
Or, there’s a general feeling of lethargy, stress, sleepless nights, unable to rest and wake rejuvenated. Nothing specific they can put their finger on but just alive like they used to be.
By the time they reach me, they’re frustrated with themselves for not being able to ‘work it out’ and with other professionals for not being able to identify the problem or offer a resolution.
They’re exhausted from feeling stuck, trying everything and nothing helping and the general effort of having to ‘keep going’. They have lost confidence in themselves and are wondering if they’ll ever feel like themselves again.
They’ve sought help, done what they were told to do, tried different approaches and are still experiencing issues. Even if a reason has been identified for how they are feeling the solution they are offered is not helping to change how they feel and what they are experiencing. Either way they are no closer to getting the answers to the questions they are asking.
I Bring a Different Way of
Looking At Things
Clients often express sentiments to around being ‘broken’ and in need of ‘fixing’.
When we’ve found ourselves in a situation where reasons for the issues being experienced can not be identified and therefore do not get resolved, especially when all avenues of support that have been explored and a resolution still feels so far away we will tend to believe it’s us. We are the problem.
I’ve been there. I attempted a PhD and over time I found myself in what could be a described as depressed state. My emotional wellbeing was on the floor. I was weeping daily, lying awake until the early hours of the morning unable to sleep, eating a packet of biscuits most days. I didn’t understand why? I loved doing research. I was good at it. It was what I had been working towards for years. I had imagined my life based up on it. Yet, I was unable to ‘do’ the work. I came to the only conclusion I could. I just wasn’t good enough. I was the problem, right?
That period of my life had a huge impact on my self belief going forward. It took another 10 years after that to find the people who helped me to start understanding it and process it, which was a combination of holistic coaching and energetic body work. Turns out that it wasn’t ‘me’ per say that was the issue but a combination of patterns in my thoughts and beliefs that contributed to my capacity to survive in that situation.
What if, like me, you are not the problem?
What if you're not broken and don't need fixing?
What if your body isn't out to get you but is desperately trying to get your attention?
What if you have unresolved life experiences that have put you at odds with how you came to understand the world and how you fit in it, which is now expressing as a symptoms through your body?
When we have these experiences our bodies respond in ways that is designed to protect us. Our body is like a filling cabinet of information. We’re putting files in the cabinet through our whole lives. Just like a piece of paper can get lost and buried in the back of the draw so, can the emotions and experiences we’ve had get buried.
They may then manifest energetically, creating changes in the tissues of the body and influence our thoughts and behaviours. Once we can understand why, we can take steps to shift and change the impact on our bodies.
I believe that our body is much smarter than the mind. It’s trying to communicate with us all the time. The way we feel physically or emotionally is meaningful. However, we have been cultured to believe that our value in in our mind and our lives have become so noisy we have lost the capacity to hear and understand what it is trying to say. We’ve also grown up believing that the solutions to problems within our bodies are to be found outside of ourselves. This is can be but is not always the case. Even when in receipt of needed external support for our body we can still enhance this with better understanding.
Your body hold the answers to your questions, and when you can listen with curiosity and compassion it will reveal them.
Sustained relief from pain or discomfort is possible when:
You understand why you feel exhausted all the time and you know what to do about it.
You have real answers about the things that don’t feel right in your body, but you’ve been told are ‘fine’ or ‘normal’.
We can listen to the messages with curiosity and compassion, helping the body to be heard, seen and understaood.
You don't need to know what's wrong.
You just need a place to start.
When you feel stuck but can't quite understand why, a Discovery session is your next best step because gaining clarity is the first step in creating lasting change.
Once you have clarity, you can make effective choices, and together we can get you moving forward again.

What My Clients Say...
I just wanted to share a few words about our session because it honestly felt really special. The space you held was so safe, calm, and genuinely supportive. I felt completely at ease to go with the process without overthinking. You have such a natural way of guiding things while still allowing everything to unfold in its own way, which I really appreciated. What stood out most for me was how intuitive the whole session felt. The insights around the colours and what was coming up for me really landed, and I could feel a shift happening even in the moment. It felt gentle yet powerful, and I left feeling lighter, more connected to myself, and with a greater sense of clarity. Thank you again for holding that space, it really meant a lot.

HELLO! I'm Jay
I believe that the body is really smart and constantly communicating with us, but just not in language we are taught to understand.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I take a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological aspects of health together. I combine intuitive insight, energetic bodywork, and holistic coaching to help uncover the underlying patterns that may be contributing to pain, stress, or feeling stuck.
I see my role as a facilitator in the healing process, not someone who “fixes” people. I believe the body holds an incredible intelligence, and that healing begins when we create the space to listen to it differently and allow it to be seen, heard and understood.
My path into this work has been shaped by years of studying human physiology, psychology, energy, and personal experience that lead me to personal development.
